Under the Youth Empowerment and Environment-Friendly Enterprise
Project, youth participants led a social mapping exercise at
School Chowk service center premises in the presence of local
residents.

Social mapping conducted in Tamang Tole and Jyamire
Two youth teams facilitated participatory mapping sessions in
Kerabari-6 and Kerabari-7 to understand community needs and
opportunities.

First phase social transformation training completed
Training covered community mobilization, local policy
understanding, participatory accounting, and budget process
awareness for 30 youth from wards 6, 7, and 9.

Stakeholder coordination meetings held across three wards
Ward leaders, municipality representatives, and local institutions
joined coordination meetings to prepare for second phase
implementation.

Second phase social transformation training completed
Facilitated sessions on leadership and advocacy engaged 20 youth
from Kerabari-3 and Kerabari-5, with strong encouragement to apply
learning in real community initiatives.
